Is it possible to change my date?
Yes! We allow up to two date changes free of charge, as long as you notify us at least 45 days in advance.

Cancellations made less than 45 days before your scheduled service may be subject to fees. We’ll always work with you to find the best solution.
How does the billing process work?
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the start of your tour or service.
What is the process for managing guest invites?
Yes — if you’re booking for a group, we’ll provide an easy way to submit names and special requests. Our team can also handle it for you.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! All bookings come with a confirmation email and receipt. Need another copy? Just reach out with your booking number.
